At Fort Ross Travel website you can:
- Select a cruise from the list of cruises
- Initiate (to create) a new group for a selected cruise
- Send an inquiry for booking a cabin for selected cruise without creating or joining any group
- View existing groups and the their member profiles
- Join already existing groups
- Invite other persons to join the groups
You always have an option to Register and to demand a cruise of your choice. Simply drop a line with the link of your desired cruise/Ship/Itinerary original web page to ops@fortrosstravel.com, and Fort Ross Travel will add this cruise to the list of Available Cruises within 24 hours. Keep in mind that the whole purpose of group creation is to satisfy two basic needs: to cruise and to spend time with the people you want.
To secure discounted group rate for you and each group member 8 or more staterooms must be reserved by Fort Ross Travel on one sailing. At your discretion, you can limit the participation in your originated group to only those who you want to be in your group, by a simple note in the DESCRIPTION of the group’s field “By Invitation Only”. This will notify other clients that they are not welcomed to join this particular group unless they obtain your invitation, one way or another. Use “By Invitation Only” note when you want to have a semi-private group, for example, if you want to invite your friends and family to celebrate personal anniversary or other private event. It also can be used for corporate gatherings, reunions, and similar events. Keep in mind that no matter what your group is about, on board of the ship it will be only a small fraction of the crowd of over 2,000 passengers, and some privacy can be achieved only by making special reservations for meetings and dining. Consider creating your own new group vs. joining existing group only if you believe you can attract at least 7 more members to join your group and to purchase cruise vouchers. If you see the group that you like to join, click Join Group. You must be registered/logged in order to join groups. Upon joining the group, you will be notified about this, and you will see your name/profile added to the list of the members of the group. You will also be notified to your provided email when:
- Your group have reached 8 members,
- It is a time to choose/confirm your cabin reservation,
- It is a time to make a deposit,
- It is a time to make the final payment.

For example, older ships with strong odor that requires heavy air freshening that might cause allergies, sometime furniture, linen quality, and public amenities are not good enough. We offer only the best, highly rated cruises, yet reasonably priced.
